Once again we are all in shock and grieving for the victims of the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary and once again politicians and the press are shoving Gun Control down our throats.


GOOD GRIEF PEOPLE WAKE UP!!

This is not about controlling the weapons, it is about creating a sane and healthy society of people who don't want to kill each other!
We need to have stricter laws in place to protect disturbed individuals from being in positions where they can harm themselves and others.
We need to have counselors in schools who are not chained to the body politic, who actually have the right training (and compensation) to recognize a potentially dangerous person among the helpless and free mental health care for all Americans so those in need and those at risk and those in harms way can get the help they need...real help not some pathetic shadowy farce.
No amount of gun laws are going to keep guns out of the wrong hands... example:
A man in my state just plead guilty to keeping his permitted hand gun unsafely, the same hand gun that his nine year old found and shot is toddler in the head with and not two weeks ago this happened yet again with another pair of brothers in my state only this time the one year old baby died. These parents are not hardened criminals who illegally obtained hand guns, they are incredibly stupid and reckless parents who chose to keep hand guns in their homes with babies! So what do the gun controllers want to do with them?
Where there is a crime to be committed there is a criminal waiting to commit and if there is a law there is always someone waiting to break it!
