Follow The Leader

There is a fundamental difference between leading and managing.
Managers are taught and leaders are born.
Like cream floating to the top of the milk, in times of crisis and strife a leader will emerge.
The crowds will part and their leader will take the stage to become the voice and face of a nation or movement or uprising.
The riots taking place inside our borders have no leader. They have frustration to give them momentum and rage to fuel the fire, but without a leader they will never be more than an excuse to awaken the monsters of our nations past.
Today Michael Brown's death has been ruled a homocide.
Who will lead them now?
